Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt Sisters “In a Hurry” Curry
Directions
- Rinse and drain chickpeas, then pat them dry with a paper towel. The drier, the crispier!
- In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, curry seasoning, and red pepper flakes until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Add chickpeas to the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
