1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your order size, weight, and delivery destination. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.  All orders ship USPS.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays or carrier delays.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.00.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us at hello@saltsisters.com.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@saltsisters.com or (574) 971-8150. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

7. What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at hello@saltsisters.com or (574) 971-8150. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

8. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary for these locations.

9. What carriers do you use for shipping?

We primarily use USPS for our shipping needs.
