Lemon Parsley Dressing

The fresh lemon juice, vibrant herbs, and a touch of honey strike the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 tsp honey
- ⅓ c. fresh parsley, loosely packed
- 1 small clove garlic (optional)
- Salt Sisters French Herb Sea Salt, to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a small blender or food processor and blend until smooth and well combined.
- If you don’t have a blender, whisk everything together in a small bowl until emulsified.
- Taste and adjust with more French Herb Sea Salt, lemon juice, or honey as desired.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
