Instructions
Step 1: Make the Whipped Ricotta
In a food processor or bowl with a hand mixer, blend the ricotta, heavy cream, 1½ tbsp honey, zest of ½ lemon, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.

Step 3: Make the Lemon Salt Honey
Whisk together the remaining 2 tbsp honey, olive oil, ½ tsp Lemon Sea Salt, and remaining lemon zest.
